Phosphate buffered saline
: Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) is a buffer solution used in biological research. It is a water-based salt solution containing sodium phosphate, sodium chloride and, in some formulations, it contains potassium chloride and potassium phosphate.

INSTRUCTION OF USE: P 7149 Phosphate buffered saline (OTTO) - dissolve each tablet of PBS with 100 ml of distilled water. This buffer contains 10 mM
phosphate, 150 mM sodium chloride, pH 7.3 to 7.5.
