Terms and Conditions

Price

The price offered are in Indian Rupees net, subject to change without notice. Goods shall be delivered subject to availability of stocks and will be invoiced at prices ruling on the date of despatch. The prices are exclusive of taxes and are as applicable, subject to Force M’jeure clause.

Delivery

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE SHALL BE Rs. 999/- NET, SMALLER ORDERS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. A single order of the value or Rs. 9999/- net and more will be supplied F.O.R. MUMBAI by the cheapest mode of transport. We reserve the right to make part supplies unless otherwise specified by the customers.Normally goods will be delivered within 10 days from the date of confirmation of order. The company shall not be responsible for any part supply, non-supply or delay in supply of material, for reasons of Break-downs, Power failure, Strike, Lock-outs, Shortages of raw material, Government ban or any act of God or natural calamities.

Shortages/Breakages/Damages

All products are packed with utmost care and forwarded at customer’s risk. No claim for breakage, delay or damage will be entertained after the goods have left our godown. Many of otto biochemical products are very labile and likely to be damaged on prolonged storage. Many a times the products may get damaged during transit due to extreme conditions of temperature, humidity, etc. any complaints on quality of our products should be intimated to us within 30 days from receipt of goods beyond which we shall not entertain complaints. Any material should be returned only after getting a written consent from our end.

Goods Return

Cancellation of order received after despatching the materials will not be considered.
Rejection complaints should be made within 15 days of our invoice date.

Ammendmend/Cancellation

No amendmend or cancellation of orders will be accepted once the goods have been packed for despatch. Company reserves its right to amend, change, alter or vary the product specifications, packing, packing material or any other terms of supplies including prices and rate, and the decision of company in this matter is final and binding on the customer.

Taxes & Duties

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. And all the government levies including GST will be charged extra.

Insurance

Goods can be insured at customer’s cost at 2% premium on the invoice value, if expressly desired.

Payment

Payments are to be made Demand Draft / Cheques drawn on “OTTO CHEMIE PVT LTD” payable at mumbai. In the event of payment through bank the customer has to retire the documents immediately on presentation of the documents by the bank. The interest @21% will be charged on all the payments received after due dates.

All products are sold for LABORATORY USE ONLY, and NOT for DRUGS HOUSEHOLD or any other uses. We assume no responsibility if they are used as DRUGS, FOOD ADDITIVES OR household chemicals. Please test before use.

All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
