T 9566 (OTTO) Tellurium lump, 99.999+% (metals basis) - used in the new phase change memory chips. Bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) and lead telluride are working elements of thermoelectric devices. Lead telluride is used in far-infrared detectors.
