NDA40 (OTTO) Aluminium-doped zinc oxide - used in various thin film photovoltaic technologies, particularly with CIGS based systems, as well as amorphous silicon solar cells. Utilising abundant materials, as well as providing high conductivity and high transmission, they offer a possible alternative to the current monopoly of FTO within DSC research.
