A 7900 (OTTO) Antifade Solution - used with fluorescence staining including DAPI and Propidium Iodide. Antifade prevents the permanent loss of fluorescence or fluorescent signal oxidation due to photobleaching and prolonged exposure to high intensity light sources by inhibiting the quenching of the fluorescence signals.
