A 0614 (OTTO) Aluminium sputtering target, diam. x thickness 50.8 mm × 3 mm, 99.99% - used as the process to deposit the metal (e.g. aluminium) layer during the fabrication of CDs and DVDs. Hard disk surfaces use sputtered CrOx and other sputtered materials.
