Description

Titanium dioxide, also known as titanium(IV) oxide or titania, is the naturally occurring oxide of titanium, chemical formula TiO2.

Application

TO 107 (OTTO) Titanium oxide (anatase), nanopowder, APS 10-30 nm, 99% - used to study the photocatalytic hexane vapor degradation.It has been used as a sorbent for arsenic removal. TiO2 nanoparticles are suitable for remediation of antiseptic components in wastewater by photocatalysis. It has also been used to study adsorption of DNA oligonucleotides by titanium dioxide nanoparticles.
